Why Us?
Our SpaceXchange boasts of a service that goes beyond holiday-free accommodation. The system’s currency is called X-change Power (XP). This XP can get you into any level of available accommodation. With us, there is no week-for-week exchange limitation or a condition to stick to your quality tier. To get started on our program, you only need to deposit enough XP to get into the holiday of your choice.
X-change Power (XP) allows easy access to different qualities of destinations outside your own. If you have access to an ultra-lux apartment, you can exchange this for a longer holiday in a standard apartment. Or if you prefer to experience something more high-end you can exchange your standard apartment, and spend a shorter stay at a more opulent accommodation. This way it’s a win for everybody!
We strive for an uncomplicated system, one that is easy to access. Therefore, we only opt for an exchange fee and no yearly fees. While other exchange brands require an initiation fee of between $2,500 and $10,000 regardless of the accompanying risk of your property, including the risk of it not being utilized or exchangeable, SpaceXchange does not require an initiation fee. Rather, we only require one free exchange to get your property activated.
Our exchange fee is the lowest in comparison to similar international brands and it is only payable per exchange and not per week as with most other exchange clubs. For instance, the exchange fee for a 10-day stay in a luxury apartment in London is the same as a 3-day stay in Atlanta.
We help you curb those endless search clicks that oftentimes deliver disappointing results like “currently unavailable” or “fully booked”. Our friendly and energetic reservations teams will always have a couple of fully crafted, desire-specific holidays available to you.
We stand out in the market because SpaceXchange is the only exchange service that will accept properties in Nigeria for local exchanges. The local service will run from the second quarter in 2022. You can exchange into Nigeria from properties situated in other countries. However, local properties can only be exchanged locally.
